Therapy for Women in Dallas, Texas
by Mallory Wightman, LPC-Associate #100520
Supervised by Cherie Miller, LPC-S
I provide virtual therapy for women in Dallas, Texas and across the state, including Plano, Richardson and surrounding areas. I help women who are navigating anxiety and or depression, relationship stress, divorce, addiction and life transitions.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s really happening beneath the surface and begin moving forward with clarity and confidence.
My approach is collaborative, honest and grounded. Together, we make sense of what feels overwhelming and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Over time you may notice your shoulders relax, your breath deepen and a sense of steadiness return – one step a time.
Life often calls for new tools and a shift in perspective. I often say, “let’s flip the pancake over.” Are you ready to flip the pancake over?
Grace for where you’ve been. Courage for where you’re going.

Are you ready to make a change?
CLARIFY LIFE.
Sometimes life shifts, and suddenly you realize you can’t keep living the way you have been.
You may not know exactly where you are headed, but you know one thing for certain: it is NOT THIS.
Not long after I filed for divorce a friend shared something —sometimes clarity comes from recognizing and acknowledging a hard place as “not this.” From there, these two small words can offer a subtle but powerful sense of direction guiding the decisions and changes that follow, and ultimately the new storyline to move toward.
Because of my own experiences – walking through divorce, navigating the impact of a loved one’s addiction, and rebuilding meaning afterward, I understand how overwhelming these seasons can feel. At the same time, I also know that change is possible.
Through therapy, you are given space to name what isn’t working, explore what you truly want, and begin creating a new path forward. Over time, that path can start to fell more hopeful, more grounded and aligned with you are becoming.
